Now Hiring Cleaning Staff

New Image Cleaning Services is currently hiring reliable and motivated cleaning staff to join our team. We have several opportunities available including Cleaning Specialists, Cleaning Specialists who drive, and Team Leads who help lead crews and transport team members and equipment.

Pay: $17 – $20 per hour (depending on role, experience, and responsibilities)

Position Overview

Team members are responsible for performing residential and commercial cleaning services while maintaining the high quality standards of the company.

Depending on the role, some positions may also include driving team members to job sites, transporting cleaning supplies and equipment, and helping organize tasks at the job site.

Team Leads help coordinate the crew at the job site and ensure each job is completed efficiently and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning services
• Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards
• Work efficiently as part of a team
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients
• Transport team members and cleaning equipment (driver roles)
• Help organize workflow at job sites (team lead roles)
• Communicate delays, issues, or incidents to the office
• Keep vehicles and equipment clean and in good condition
• Follow company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to perform physical work such as bending, lifting, and standing
• Good communication skills
• Valid U.S. driver's license required for driving positions
• Good driving record for driver roles
• Preferred candidates live near the North Phoenix area where our office is located

Pay

$17 – $20 per hour
Based on role, experience, and responsibilities.

Work is located throughout the Phoenix area.
Preference will be given to candidates who live near North Phoenix, where our office is located.
